I must say that my experience of shopping online with Marlin Bikes has been amongst the best e-commerce purchase I have made so far :):).
Placed order on a late Sunday evening -18th feb ( rather night ) and getting lightning fast delivery by Monday morning-19th feb  ( it helps that I'm in Bangalore :)) was delightful.
Might be too early to talk of the bike's performance, but it seems surreal to ride :):) , I have been riding even in my dreams yesterday . Seems like my body and mind doesn't want to get off the cycle :) and I'm not exaggerating even a wee bit, I bet :). As an avid fan of Made in India products, I feel proud to be owning and riding the Made in India Marlin M 900 :) ( a lot of quality Japanese components is fine :) ) .
The bike is a looker no doubt to say the least,  a stunner one might say :):).  I's been the cynosure of all eyes as one peddles along the road :):) . The quality product that it is and the features makes it a top notch bike that can be pitted against its more popular international rivals.
Kamalesh ( from the Marlin Team ) really understands the customer needs and his suggestion really helped me pick the right bike size ( how many of us would give a thought to inseam length while purchasing a new bike ?:) ). Well , whether you are a novice like me or an expert cyclist, you can't ignore the Marlin M900 for sure .

The Marline M900 has truly exceeded my expectations. The Shimano Alivio gears operate seamlessly, providing a smooth and efficient riding experience. The top-notch kenda tires give me confidence on various terrains, enhancing both grip and stability. Its stylish design caught my eye, and the overall look of the bike is just fantastic. The SR Suntour suspension system ensures a comfortable ride, absorbing bumps and uneven surfaces effortlessly. I feel like I've made an excellent investment in a high-quality bicycle that not only performs well but also looks great. Extremely satisfied with my purchase!
Also customer support for the Marline M900 has been outstanding. From the moment I inquired about the product to post-purchase queries, the team has been prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They provided clear information, addressing all my concerns and ensuring a smooth buying process. Additionally, their responsiveness to follow-up questions demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. If you are thinking to buy through their original site, then you can definitely buy without any hesitation
The customer support is so damm good and their packaging is top of the line, even my bike weight is 14.5 kg and the box weighs 17.2 kg.
The bike looks so good as compared to
photos on the site. The welding and paint is to notch.
Pros:-
1.) Smooth and powerful Shimano deore drivetrain.
2.) Heavily threaded maxxis tires
3.) The internal cable routing, even the gear and rear brake cable run internally through chain stay
Cons:-
1.) I personally don't like the plastic pedals,
2.) It would be very great if the suspension comes with rebound setting

Thank you Marlin Bikes. Extremely satisfied with my purchase. Have been following you guys for last 2 years and finally got my hands on Spear12😍. Was a bit confused between Spear11 and Spear12..thank you for clearing all my doubts..The best part is the loud 6 pawl sealed bearing hubs..Sweet to my ears…and indeed great value for money..every single spare used is of the most premium quality..As an Indian brand you guys and doing really well and nailed it with your spear series giving great competition to the biggies out there who have been over charging for their bikes. Bought MARLIN SPEAR 10 from MARLIN BIKES. These guys are a team of awesome, experience, quick and good advisors. Kamalesh, Rehan and Raju speak many languages and have good patience on explanation and advising.
They are wholesale and retail dealers with plenty of sealed box in stocks, stored and sold. After sale support was outstanding.
Shop and warehouse is just opposite to Shree Sai Gold Palace.

Premium quality bike in unbeatable price.
When i was planning to purchase a bike and was going through lot of review about all the different brands of bikes available india. Due to my height of 189cm - 190cm, I had a specific requirement of XL size bike which is rarely available for test ride in my region and as well in the online platform and while going through google and youtube review, i came across this brand called Marlin Bikes. Initially i had lot of doubt in my mind about this bike being offered with high level component in low price when compared with what the other brands were offering. I made enquiry message in through their website and to my surprise there was a immediate response from the representative asking about my usage requirement and size. But i still had doubt in my mind about quality of the actual bike.
After detailed conversation with Mr. Kamalesh, i finally based on my requirment and size made the decision and bought Marlin M900 mtb directly through their them.
I must say i bought the bike purely based on the trust, assurance and great customer support experience shown by Mr. Kamalesh.
The bike got delivered within a week with 85 / 90 ℅ assembled and got the rest of the assembly done through the professional bike shop.
Its been a month since i bought and riding this Marlin m900 mtb bike. The bike give good quality ride on on-road and off-road terrain performance. Initially first week was tough for me to ride and after getting used to the gear ratio and also body endurance build-up it is getting comfortable day by day.

After a long struggle in choosing a brand i found Marlin made for me
Riding experience good
Worthy built body with quality features from Indian made
Availability of different sizes for different customers height
Marketing of this product to be improved without online support we can't know this product
Good guidance by support team in choosing the suitable variant
Some accessories need to be added along with cost of cycle by company for better customer satisfaction
Overall I was completely satisfied about Marlin m900 of Rs 43k

Google reviews were one of the only places I could find where people were talking about this company online.
I had a lot of doubts going into the purchase, but Kamlesh was a huge assistance the whole way through.
I was looking for a hybrid bike with components of the highest quality. I discovered Marlin GRS100 by chance on YouTube. Given the asking price, there were legitimate concerns about the quality of the bike's parts. Why would a bike have such high-quality parts but be so cheap? Prices ranged from 70,000 to 90,000 for name-brand bicycles with equivalent parts.
After test-riding the bike at an authorized dealer, I decided to take the plunge. Everything about this bike checks out, and it was an absolute blast to ride.

A beautiful bike with amazing experience....did my first 60 today......1/10 drive train....an amazing experience......I am a novice .....it was Mr kamlesh from Bangalore who had guided me towards Marlin.....

I decided to buy Yeti after comparing the configurations with other brands & I feel my decision is right. I got the cycle at a good price and the delivery was swift (even on the holiday).
If you are in Bangalore then you can take a test ride before buying.
I would suggest buying directly from them  (instead of Amazon because the commission paid to the sites will be discounted to you).
